EZ Post is similar to EZ Beam in that it enables the aluminum contractor to get pool enclosure upright posts in an K-D form. Like EZ beam, it also has an easy to understand web order entry interface.

You can expect:
• Cut to length posts of any dimension
• Pre-drilled posts,
• Posts carefully inspected, wrapped, and labeled

Currently, EZ Post is not performed by one of our machines. Very soon however, ASHE Industries will be augmenting EZ Beam to include so-called moment connections whereby the upright and the beam are rigidly connected by internal gussets. The very favorable spans offered by current engineers for such construction is indeed a lucrative incentive for any aluminum contractor who offers aluminum screened pool enclosures. For many contractors however, moment connections are difficult to implement because the fabrication is very difficult and the margin for error is so small. EZ Beam technology will allow contractors to get their beams, posts, and the connecting gusset all computer cut, so that everything fits together as one unit.
